23Traders binary options and broker scamFinTelegram News was informed by damaged investors of the Austrian-Israeli binary options and broker scams 23Traders that authorities in some jurisdictions have accepted their respective criminal complaints and opened investigations. The Austrian Hans Brabenetz as the scam’s ultimate beneficial perpetrator (UBP) and his Israeli partners Adi Mantel, Giora Tal, Eran Schindler, and Tal Dayagi are in the center of these law enforcement investigations. The investigations are therefore also being conducted by the public prosecutor’s office in Austria with file number 11 St 351/19t ON 9.

FinTelegram was presented by a defrauded investor of the email traffic between him, his lawyer and Hans Brabenetz. This investor has also filed a complaint against Brabenetz. A repayment last promised to this investor did not work either. Hans Brabenetz is a director in several Austrian companies and organisations and is, therefore, within reach of the Austrian jurisdiction.

23Traders with Adi Mantel and Hans BrabenetzFinTelegram has gathered extensive documents of the 23Traders case over the past months and has already contacted the public prosecutor’s office in Vienna, Austria. Our office in Vienna, as well as the Vienna-based European Funds Recovery Initiative (EFRI) with its principal Elfriede Sixt, will, therefore, ask for corresponding reports from 23Traders victims. Using our information and the victim reports we establish a comprehensive statement of facts for the public prosecutor’s office. FinTelegram and EFRI already successfully supported legal proceedings against 23Traders in Israel in 2019.

Please submit victim reports directly via the EFRI website. In addition, we also request our whistleblowers to provide appropriate information about our whistleblower system.
