Spread financial intelligence

FinTelegram and numerous law enforcement agencies such as the UK Action Fraud have warned several times against scammers using the COVID-19 pandemic to defraud people. The scammers are taking advantage of the insecurity of people in this crisis as well as the fact that most people are currently at home. It can be said without exaggeration that the scammers are currently booming. Please be extremely careful and report scammers immediately. Please do not underestimate the threat posed by those highly experienced and traindes scammers. Forex Peace Army (FPA) just published a scam warning that should be taken very seriously.

Funds Recovery Scammers on Forex Peace Army

The Forex Peace Army (FPA) has just issued a warning informing its members – these are mostly aggrieved binary options and broker scam victims – that many FPA members are being contacted via private messages (PM) by scammers. In their PM, these scammers offer help with funds recovery and want to lure even more money out of the victims. The problem is so bad that FPA has set up a warning site with a list of identified funds recovery scam sites

How they work is simple. There’s a website, an email address, or other contact information that offers hope for a free, fast recovery of the money the scammers took from you. Claims of success are big. Details are small. Some claim to have lawyers. Some claim to be hackers. Some claim to work for regulators. They are all lying. If you contact them, it may be free at first, but sooner or later you’ll need to pay money. It could be a fee, a tax, a deposit in another broker.

These people do not want to help you. They want to steal more money from you. Don’t reply to messages like these. Don’t share your contact info with strangers.
