The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the scam broker AMACAP. The broker claims on its website that it is part of the AMACAP Group. This would be regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) with license number 155/11. This is bullshit. Amana Capital Ltd is registered with CySEC as an investment firm under this license number. This has nothing to do with the scam.
