Recently, we have issued warnings against the broker scams FX-Capitalize (www.fxcapitalize.com) and FXQuote247 (www.fxquote247.com). Lacari Group Ltd, registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, allegedly operates these scams. This offshore entity also operated the vanished scam proFXCredit (www.profxcredit.com). The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an investor warning against the FXQuote247 scam and states the address of a Bulgarian boiler room.

Recently we have received complaints of victims of the FX-Capitalize broker scam operating with the domain www.fxcapitalize.com by Lacari Group Ltd, St. Vincent & the Grenadines. This offshore entity also operated the FXQuote247 (www.fxquote247.com) scam and operated vanished scams such as proFXCredit (www.profxcredit.com). Currently, no deposits are possible at FX-Capitalize and FXQuote247. The scam seems to be ready to disappear.

Many retail investors have lost money via the broker scam 27ProQuote. The attackers behind it are apparently in the process of closing the scam. Currently, the server of 27ProQuote is no longer accessible. We have reports of victims who have lost over €100,000 in some cases. The Maltese ApcoPay operated by Apco Systems Ltd registered in Malta processed the payments. We would like to know more about ApcoPay to expose the scammers and find the victims' funds.

We already now know that scammers change their domains, websites, and legal entities more often than many households change their bed linen. The "Scam-as-a-Service" approach offered by the many white label providers, this is no problem either. The boiler rooms behind them usually remain the same. This is also the case with BeforexCapital which is connected to the ProQuote27 scam.

Like the COVID-19 virus, the scam virus is spreading across the internet with a logarithmic growth. The FCA issued an investor warning on November 9, 2020, against BeforexCapital and Capital Holding Funds allegedly operated by Capital Holdings LLC, St. Vincent & the Grenadines. As payment processors, we have discovered Praxis Cashier with the Estonian crypto exchange MisterBit.
