Another warning against PandaTS-powered broker scam Finaz.io!

On 1 March 2022, the Spanish CNMV issued a warning against the broker scam Finaz.io. According to the website, the operator would be Finaz.io Ltd, an offshore entity registered in the Marshall Islands. Finaz.io runs as a white-label mutation on the Israeli PandaTS platform. The Finaz.io is allegedly connected to the perpetrators behind the vanished Globalix, BrokerZ, or 24WaysFX. European law enforcement agents recently arrested 15 suspects in Albania, allegedly connected to this cybercrime organization.

BrokerZ and Globalix scams – 15 suspects arrested in Albania on German request!

According to Eurojust, law enforcement agents in Albania and Germany have taken down a scam broker network that defrauded victims, including many Germans, of at least several million euros. During an action day, 15 suspects were arrested and eight places were searched in Tirana, Albania. The arrested perpetrators operated boiler rooms in Albania that ran the scam broker brands BrokerZ and Globalix, which lured victims in Germany into investing in non-existent financial products that promised large benefits.

Chasing Scam Facilitators – The Vienna Cybercrime Trials, SpotOption, and PandaTS

Israeli Gal Barak was sentenced in September 2020 to four years in prison and millions in restitution payments for investment fraud and money laundering in the Vienna Cybercrime Trials. Barak also faces charges in Germany. He was the head of the cybercrime organization E&G Bulgaria, which operated broker scams such as XtraderFX, SafeMarkets, Golden Markets, or OptionStarsGlobal. Payvision was its main payment facilitator, and PandaTS, the white label provider, which Barak charges with similar arguments as the U.S. SEC does in its SpotOption fraud complaint.

Investor Warning – Broker scams TradesRun, 24tradex, BGold Capital, and their Balkan boiler rooms

The TradesRun broker has been operated under several domains by several offshore entities such as Evergo Ltd, Marshall Islands. So were 24tradex and BGold Capital scams. However, these offshore companies are always fake. The truth is, that these scams are operated by the Albanian boiler room of 3 FID Tech (a/k/a 3fidtech), owned by the Albanian Brisilda Duraku, who is also the (former?) beneficial owner of Global-Tech DOO in Belgrade. This boiler room company is the criminal entity behind many scams such as Brokerz, Tradixa a/k/a Tradi-Xa, Globalixx, Golden-CFD, and many more.

Attention! A BrokerZ confession, TradingCRM, and Albanian fake companies

In the last few weeks, we have intensified our efforts to uncover "old" broker scams like Brokerz. In the process, we discovered that the current version of Brokerz is active as a white-label solution from Israeli PandaTS with the Praxis Cashier. Brokerz is one of literally dozens of scams from the Leverate network and is managed by their boiler rooms in Albania. Some of these illegal boiler rooms use TradingCRM, owned by Ran Strauss, one of the beneficial owners and managers of the Leverate Group. We were also made aware of the report of a former employee on Trustpilot.

Investor Alert – Brokerz scam still active with PandaTS!

Today we have received another email from the broker scam Brokerz which has been active for a very long time. Currently, it runs under the domain www.brokerz.co, until recently it used www.brokerz.com. The first warning against Brokerz, allegedly operated by the Bulgarian All Media EOOD was published by FinTelegram back in January 2019.

Investor warning – Broker scams Tradixa and Brokerz facilitated by PandaTS

The broker scam Tradixa currently operates with the domain www.tradixa.net. The legal entitiwa behind the scam allegedly used to be Tradixa Ltd, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, and All Media EOOD, Bulgaria. In December 2020, the Italian Consob ordered the scam's website's blackout; several other European regulators have issued investor warnings. The scam is still active and facilitated by Epay as its payment processor.
