While the US-registered Pente Management LLC operates the online retail broker PenteTrade24, Citadel LLC is the well-known Chicago-based hedge fund; Citadel Securities is their brokerage arm.

FinTelegram issued an investor alert against the ATFX Global broker scam a few days ago. We pointed out that this broker scam connected with Citadel Securities and Pente Management d/b/a PenteTrade24. The German BaFin announced today that it is investigating Citadel LLC and PenteTrade24 because they are publicly offering shares in Cannabis Health AG without the required capital market prospectus. It seems that the Citadel Securities scam is much more extensive than initially thought.
