The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) issued an investor warning against offshore broker FX Globe International (www.fxglobe.international), stating that the broker is not authorized to offer its services in the UK. The offshore entity FS International Limited, registered in Vanuatu and licensed by offshore regulator VFSC, is the operator. The FXGlobe brand is owned by CySEC-regulated FXGlobe Limited, regulated with license number 205/13 with the approved domain www.fxglobe.com. Stay Far Away.
Until a few months ago, FS International Limited also operated the BMMC Investment (www.bmmcinvestment.com) scam, which is also connected to the Streams a/k/a GoStreams broker scam (www.gostrams.io). Currently, Streams Global Markets LLC in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is the Streams operator.
It is not uncommon for CySEC-regulated investment firms to operate through offshore entities and acquire clients with non-compliant procedures. The UK FCA has become increasingly hostile to these CySEC firms since BREXIT.
