We discovered crypto payment processors, such as MoonPay, as payment processors for credit/debit cards. No operator is given on the website. 59bet falsely claims to be licensed by the MGA in Malta and the Curacao authority. We would like to learn more.

Short 59bet Narrative
There is not much to tell about 59bet. It is one of thousands of unauthorized online casinos, sportsbooks, lotteries, and gambling ventures that might be at home in Brazil. The 59Bet website provides no information about the operators or offers Terms and conditions.
However, the website falsely claims (or fails to provide proof) that the MGA Malta and the competent authority in Curarcao regulate 59bet. There is no reference to a respective authorization.
It is, therefore, astonishing that payment processors such as MoonPay are supporting these gambling operators as payment processors, which are obviously acting without regulatory permission.
Deposits to 59Bet via credit/debit card are made through the domain https://cashier.cbpay001.xyz (see screenshot on the left). Deposits can be made without a KYC check; the amount per deposit via credit/debit card is limited to BRL 9,000. However, deposits via the stablecoin USDT are possible for up to 200,000. That is already considerable.
