Following FinTelegram's December 2025 exposé on the Winning.io / Scatters Group network, a whistleblower has provided documentary evidence confirming that the economic ownership and control structure traces directly to Starkeast Management B.V., controlled by Menno Jordaan. The whistleblower states: "The owner of these sites (all of them) is now, starkeast service owned by menno jordaan. he is the director of starscream aswell." 

The insolvency of Curacao-based Blockdance BV, the former operator of BC.Game, and the subsequent asset transfer to Small House BV has created a complex legal and financial situation with significant implications for the online gambling industry. This is already the second case after Rabidi N.V., where the assets were also transferred and disappeared shortly before the bankruptcy.

The case of the Rabidi Group is a prime example of the opacity of the online casino sector. Rabidi, once a significant player in the online gambling industry with a Curacao license, has recently come under scrutiny after the group's sudden disappearance following its bankruptcy in June 2023. Following FinTelegram reports, Denys Butko, the alleged beneficial owner recently deleted his LinkedIn profile.
