It is allegedly operated by Beci Limited, which is registered in St. Lucia and has an address in Limassol, Cyprus, as its operational office. Beci is just one of many white-label scams of which dozens are added every day and then quickly disappear with their victims' money. Stay far away and protect your money and data.
