German BaFin launched investigations into Miva Solutions and its scams

Miva Solutions LLC is registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. In Sept 2021, the German financial market regulator BaFin announced investigations into the illegally operating broker DeliTraders. The offshore entity also operates the illegally active broker EuroCapitals. Both brokers are members of the International Financial Market Regulation Center (IFMRC) and thus claim to be regulated. This claim is, of course, bullshit. On 7 March 2022, the BaFin announced another investigation against Miva Solutions.

Consob Monday – Italian watchdog ordered black-out of five new websites!

It's Monday, 7 March 2022, and like clockwork, the Italian Consob issued orders to blackout five websites illegally offering financial services bringing the total number of websites blacked out since July 2019 to 645. Regulators in other regimes can only issue warnings against illegal providers. Consob can order Internet providers to block their websites for the Italian market. It would be desirable if other regulators were authorized by their legislators to issue such blackouts.

Consob Monday – Italian regulator closes down six scam sites!

On 15 November 2021, Italian regulator Consob ordered the black-out of six new sites illegally offering financial services to Italian consumers. Since July 2019, the Italian watchdog has blocked 548 websites for the Italian market. Consob is currently the only European regulator that has this power in regulatory enforcement. It would be desirable if other jurisdictions also gave their regulators such authorization to fight scams more efficiently.

No, IFMRC is not a regulator but a scam indicator!

BaFin found that the operator of the DeliTraders scam, Miva Solutions LLC, would have a certification from the International Financial Market Regulation Center (IFMRC). However, BaFin points out that IFMRC is neither a nationally nor internationally legitimized supervisory authority. The IFMRC website has no imprint, nor is there any indication of the organization's place of business. It is also unclear who founded it or is a member of this association. In this respect, IFMRC is not a regulator.
