The Spanish regulator CNMV this week issued a warning against the broker scam EnerixInvest allegedly operated by St. Vincent & The Grenadines registered Bamboozle Group Ltd. We have not found this company. Already in October 2022, the German BaFin issued a warning against the scam broker. The name says it all: the word "bamboozle" means "to swindle." EnerixInvest is just another scam of a global cybercrime network. Stay far away and protect your money and their data.

On Monday, 10 October 2022, the Italian regulator Consob ordered the black-out of six illegally operating online trading websites related to five broker scams. The total number of black-out orders increase to 768. Consob has been authorized by the so-called “Growth Decree” to order Internet connectivity service providers to inhibit access from Italy to the websites through which financial services are offered without due authorization. Spanish financial services watchdog CNMV issued warnings against ten illegal financial websites on September 19, 2022. Among them are some we already know and warned against like Investirex, Prime Invest, or MetaversesWorld. One, DGXLTD already vanished with its website. Besides, the CNMV has also warned against a fake news site that hunts naive victims for brokerage and investment scams with false news. Below is the list of new CNMV warnings.
