EstonianFinantsinspektioon issued a warning against Baumont Solutions OÜ and the scam 24NewsTrade on April 13, 2020. Spanish CNMV issued a warning against Baumont Group Ltd and its scams StockFX and 24NewsTrade on June 15, 2020, The German BaFin issued a Cease and Desist Order against 24NewsTrade on May 25, 2021. This did not bother the scam operators. 24 News Trade is still online. On 11 Sept 2021, the Austrian FMA issued an investor warning.

The Israeli Jakub Keselman (or Yakov Keselman or Jacob Keselman) is the executive director of this Milton Group. Keselman describes himself as “Wolf of Kiev” on his Instagram profile. Like his Israeli compatriot Gal Barak, who was called the Wolf of Sofia, Keselman's scheme allegedly targeted EU retail investors with his brands and boiler rooms. As a matter of fact, however, the wolves of Kiev and Sofia lived in different places and funneled the stolen money into offshore locations around the world.

Allegedly, the Russian David Todua (aka David Todva), 38, is one of the beneficial owners of Milton Group.
