Warning! GoldenGates broker scam facilitated by BridgerPay

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the broker scam GoldenGates a/k/a GoldenGates Global on March 22, 2022. The website does not provide any information about the operators. It only refers to the Marshall Islands as the relevant jurisdiction. In addition, an address and two phone numbers in the UK are given. The only payment processor we discovered is the Cypriot-Israeli BridgerPay by Ran Cohen. Stay far away from this scam.

Spanish regulator issues warnings against 12 illegal financial websites

On 21 March 2022, the Spanish regulator CNMV issued warnings against 12 illegally operating financial websites; most of them are illegally operating brokers or broker scams. Some of the websites against which warnings were issued have already disappeared. We will take a closer look at the individual warnings in the next few days and report back.
