Consob Monday! Italian regulator orders the black-out of six websites!

Italian Consob issued orders to blackout six websites illegally offering financial services. This brings the total number of websites blacked out since July 2019 to 616. While in other regimes regulators can only issue warnings against illegal providers, Consob can order Internet providers to block their websites for the Italian market. It would be desirable if other regulators were authorized by their legislators to issue such blackouts.

Spanish CNMV issues warning against 23 illegal financial offerings

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued warnings against 23 websites with illegal financial offers on December 20, 2021. Among them, we have found some against which Fintelegram has already issued warnings. Thus, the CNMV has warned against several offshore entities and their scams.
