CNMV warns against PancakeSwap and six illegal financial websites

While the Italian Consob seems to continue its struggle with its warnings page, the Spanish regulator CNMV issued its new warnings on Monday. This time against seven websites that offer regulated financial products without permission. The warning against the decentralized crypto exchange PancakeSwap, which is well established in the crypto scene, is noteworthy. We will take a closer look at the other warned providers and bring detailed reports soon. Below is the list of new warnings.
