A total of 12 U.S. states have issued warnings and cease and desist orders. According to BehindMLM, further investigations by U.S. authorities are also ongoing. Heit has mandated the U.S. law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP to get him out of his U.S. problems.
