The Cyprus investment firm (CIF) ICC Intercertus Capital Ltd, regulated by CySEC with license number 301/16, operated as EverFX (www.everfx.com) until today. Starting today, the ICC Group operates with the new brand axiance (www.axianceeu.com) took place. A new brand with new CEO – the broker appointed former Deloitte partner Panikos Teklos as CEO. Even the non-regulated offshore brand www.everfxint.com was rebranded to axiance. Everything is new! The old domain is already redirecting to the new axiance domain.
Via email, axiance informed us today that our trading account would now be ready. As of August 9, the EverFX brand will cease to exist. Deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily unavailable between Aug 6 to Aug 8, 2021. axiance presents itself green. On its website, the broker informs that it has already planted 4,861 trees offsetting over 350 tons of carbon.
In May 2021, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) had banned the ICC Group and EverFX from offering regulated financial services in the UK. The German BaFin did so in 2020. One could argue, that the EverFX brand was actually burnt!

Both the old EverFX and the new axiance see the Spanish-speaking markets as a strategic focus. Accordingly, new sponsorships are being finalized. A few days ago, Finance Magnates reported ICC Intercertus Capital is sponsoring the Elena Nova yacht of Javier Sanz in the upcoming Copa del Rey de Vela regatta to be held at the Real Club Nautic in Palma de Mallorca.
EverFX used to operate via its offshore mutation EverFX Int (www.everfxint.com and https://int.everfx.com), operated by Aerarium Limited in Seychelles. The offshore entity is licensed by Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) with license no SD036. The rebranding has also apparently already been reported to or approved by the FSA, as the current entry at the offshore regulator shows. The axiance offshore mutation will be available under https://www.axiance.com/int.
