In the last two days, the German financial market supervisory authority BaFin has issued a total of three cease and desist orders against unauthorised and thus illegally operating brokers:
- EliteTrading (www.elitetrading.co) operated by Netbit Services and Solutions OÜ, Estonia (link to the warning)
- KapNetz (www.kapnetz.com) operated by CFNX Holdings OÜ, Estonia, (link to the warning)
- TopInvestus (www.topinvestus.com) operated by Silverdale Holdings Ltd, St. Vincent & the Grenadines (link to the warning)
At EliteTrading, BridgerPay is integrated as a payment processor and Topinvestus works with CashierLive.
The KapNetz broker scheme works via the website as well as with an Android App.
