2. Whistleblower Information

(b) Whistleblower System: In the fight against scams and cybercrime, FinTelegram operates a whistleblower system to collect information from insiders and victims. As a matter of fact, a significant amount of the information available to FinTelegram is provided through our whistleblower system. (b) Anonymity: We enable whistleblowers to submit their data to FinTelegram completely anonymously without providing meta-data (name, email, address, etc).

(c) Whistleblower Protection:  In most cases, we receive information from whistleblowers completely anonymously without email addresses, names, or any other personal references. In case of using our Whistleblower Form, our system records the IP address. All data is kept strictly confidential by FinTelegram and is not shared with third parties without proper measures to protect the source of the information. In case of cooperation with authorities, lawyers, and investigative partners (“third parties”), the information received from whistleblowers will be provided to the third parties in separate reports without any reference whatsoever to sources or the original texts. Under no circumstances will the meta-data (email, name, IP addresses) of whistleblowers (or visitors to our websites) be passed on to the authorities or other third parties.

(d) Legal Design: In designing FinTelegram’s legal structure, we have taken care to ensure that under no circumstances can we be compelled to disclose whistleblower information to authorities or courts.
