No CySEC Answer? Dutch Court Ordered CySEC Broker LegacyFX To Pay €303.000 To Victim!

LegacyFX is one of the CySEC-regulated CIFs that works with offshore mutations to solicit European clients. Their offshore broker is AN All New Investments (VA) Ltd in Vanuatu. However, all card transactions of this offshore broker are processed by the CySEC-regulated entity. Durch Courts sentenced LegacyFX on May 17, 2023, to pay €303,000 to an investor, the Dutch lawyer Marius Hupkes reports on his website.

This morning, we received an unexpected email from Rafael Ciosmak of CySEC-regulated broker ColmexPro welcoming us as a new client. Strangely only that we had not registered at all. We were asked to upload our ID and residency confirmation and make deposits. We did not upload any documents and did not pass a KYC check and still could have deposited €150,000 via credit card through BridgerPay. This is indeed an extraordinary approach by this CySEC broker.

Confirmed! Moneta Markets With New ASIC License No Longer Part Of Vantage Group!

We warned again about the vanished GS4Trade broker scam several times. The website has since disappeared with the money of numerous victims. In principle but the boiler rooms are still active. The GS4Trade scam has left a wide trail of blood in Europe. Authorities are searching for those behind it. A boiler room agent with the stage name Robin Leo Nicholas is still contacting victims asking them for money for the next scam. Please do not fall for these boiler room perpetrators.

Daily Affiliate Warning – Fraudulent BitQT campaign promotes JoyTrust broker scam

Once again, today, we received an email informing us that our income account has been opened. The link then led us (once again) to the fraudulent BitQT campaign on the Amazing Offers website (www.amazing-offers.online/bitqt). Upon registering, we were immediately redirected to the payment page of the broker scam JoyTrust (www.joytrust.net). There we were supposed to deposit via credit card. Please do not fall for these fraudulent marketing campaigns and scams.
