Consob Monday – Italian regulator orders blackout of seven websites!

The Italian Consob issued orders to blackout six websites illegally offering financial services. This brings the total number of websites blacked out since July 2019 to 623. Regulators in other regimes can only issue warnings against illegal providers. Consob can order Internet providers to block their websites for the Italian market. It would be desirable if other regulators were authorized by their legislators to issue such blackouts. This would be an important step in the fight against cybercrime and scams.

The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued warnings against 23 websites with illegal financial offers on December 20, 2021. The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued an investor warning against Cash Forex Group a/k/a CFX a/k/a The CFX Group (www.cashfxgroup.com) MLM scheme. The website is allegedly operated by The Conversion Pros, Inc., with an address in Panama. The CFX Group describes itself as a trading academy company combined with Forex on its LinkedIn page. There are 144 employees and more than 3,411 followers associated with CFX on LinkedIn. CFX does not have a license in any regulatory regime. Stay away from this MLM scheme!
