We have received reports from victims of Horizon Group Consulting (www.horizon-groupconsulting.com) allegedly run by HORIZON GROUP LIMITED, registered in the United Kingdom. The company is run by two Britons, Keith Ball, and Ross Keith Ball. They also control the parent company Horizon Marketing (UK) Ltd. Various banks and financial institutions have filed charges against both companies. The scam has already caused numerous victims, some of which have filed criminal complaints with the respective law enforcement agencies. Stay far away!
