The Austrian FMA issued a warning against the broker scam Investirex. In May 2022, FinTelegram warned against the PandaTS white-label broker scam. The German regulator BaFin announced an investigation into the scam and its operating offshore entity Castan Holdings Ltd. On 17 June 2022, BaFin informed that Investirex is evidently connected to Investirex Cryptocurrencies Ltd, Investirex Ltd, or Investirex.com Ltd. They claim to be part of a group of companies around CySEC-regulated K-DNA Financial Services.

Spanish financial services watchdog CNMV issued warnings against ten illegal financial websites on September 19, 2022. Among them are some we already know and warned against like Investirex, Prime Invest, or MetaversesWorld. One, DGXLTD already vanished with its website. Besides, the CNMV has also warned against a fake news site that hunts naive victims for brokerage and investment scams with false news. Below is the list of new CNMV warnings.

We recently warned about the broker scam Investorix and shortly after the German regulator BaFin announced an investigation into the scam. A victim of Investirex has sent information to our warning stating that the scam was supported via the financial education provider BRICDISCOVERY allegedly operated by the African telecom company Brictel Limited in Nairobi, Kenya. Apparently, this company is active as an Introducing Broker for scams. We would like to know more.

Just a few hours later, German regulator BaFin announced an investigation into Investirex and offshore operator Castan Holdings Ltd. Probably BaFin has already investigated this broker scam parallel to us and did not become aware of it only after our warning. But who knows. BaFin suspects that unauthorized banking transactions or financial services are being offered in Germany via the platform.

This morning we received an email from [email protected]. The website to this domain is a fake financial news site where the last articles were published in July 2021. The email announced to us a payment of several thousand euros which we could claim immediately. The link sent then leads to the Tesler scam campaign which we have already reported on several times. Anyone who registers there is subsequently redirected to the broker scam Investirex. Stay very far away.
