Orange Compliance Rating Maintained After New Review of Elite CurrenSea!

In April 2023, FinTelegram published a first review of the Elite CurrenSea (ECS) scheme, which acts as a portfolio manager offering management of client funds on a profit-sharing basis. Additionally, they are introducing brokers for regulated and unregulated offshore brokers. The operator is SonderSpot OÜ, registered in Estonia. We have maintained our Orange Compliance rating.

They are allowed only the reception and transmission of orders specific financial instruments. We have received complaints from clients reporting that the UK Ombudsman refuses to look into their claims because the regulatory regime in the UK would not be responsible for KEY TO MARKETS clients.
