Daily News reports that Vyacheslav Taran, a high-profile crypto tycoon, has died in mysterious circumstances. The 53-year-old Russian billionaire was killed when the helicopter he was traveling in crashed near Monaco. Since the crash happened in good, clear weather - and after another passenger reportedly canceled last minute - conspiracy theories are circulating. Allegedly, Taran hat Russian Foreign Intelligence Service and had laundered Russian funds.

CySEC-regulated broker Libertex (www.libertex.com) has recently signed a sponsorship with FC Bayern, one of the world's most famous football clubs. FinTelegram has reported about it. Germany is also one of Libertex's main markets. The company apparently has teams in Moscow, Russia, and Podgorica, Montenegro, and is currently looking for team managers and specialists for these teams. Specifically, the jobs offered on LinkedIn are for Team Leader Analytics, Team Leader Risk & Payment Product, and Payments Specialist.

The CySEC-regulated Indication Investments Ltd d/b/a Libertex (www.libertex.com), a CFD and forex broker, is regulated by the Cyprus CySEC with CIF Licence number 164/12. The leading German football club FC Bayern announced today that it has entered into a sponsorship agreement with Libertex until 2025. The collaboration encompasses marketing activities such as a presence on the LED advertising boards at home matches in the Allianz Arena in Munich.

Libertex is operated by Indication Investments Ltd, regulated by CySEC. On July 16, 2021, we reported that Libertex was promoted via an illegal boiler room on Telegram. This boiler room was in turn promoted via fake articles. Please read the report here. CySEC partially suspended Libertex's license on 3 August 2021 but recalled this suspension on August 23, 2021. The regulator was satisfied with the broker's commitments to make its marketing strategy compliant and continuously monitor compliance procedures. Thus, Libertex wants us to remove the old report!

Finance Magnates has reported that the Cyprus CySEC partially suspends the license of the regulated Indication Investments Ltd. The broker regulated with No. 164/12 is doing business as Libertex with the approved domain www. Libertex.com. In its board decision, CySEC says that it seems that Libertex does not act honestly, fairly, and professionally in dealing with its clients. In addition, Libertex also seems to violate various compliance guidelines. This is not the first time Libertex has had such issues with CySEC.
