The fake regulator FISEU website claims that Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. would be the owner of the trademark rights and the operator. This is not without some irony, as this U.S. registered company is the private operator of FINRA, the main self-regulatory organization for brokers and exchanges in the U.S. FINRA's mission is to protect investors by ensuring the U.S. securities industry operates fairly and honestly. FISEU is in no way affiliated with FINRA.

Alert! ALG Capital clones FCA- and CySEC-regulated ETX Capital to steal user data!

The UK FCA has issued a warning against ALG Capital acting as a clone of FCA-regulated Monecor (London) Ltd, which is regulated with reference number 124721. Monecor (Europe) Limited d/b/a ETX Capital (www.etxcapital.com) is a Cypress investment firm supervised by CySEC with license number 096/08. The ALG Capital clone uses the FCA registration details of Monecor and works with graphic elements such as the browser favicon. Please do not fall for this scam clone and save yourself a lot of frustration and financial losses.
