CoinShares International Limited d/b/a CoinShares, a European crypto investment firm announced that it has acquired Napoleon Asset Management, one of the first-ever crypto assets managers, licensed under the AIFM Directive since March 2019. The transaction was signed and completed on 30 June 2022 following the approval of the French regulator Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF). The acquisition allows CoinShares to offer AIFM-compliant products and services, in addition to its crypto Exchange Traded Products (ETPs).
