Fondex a/k/a TopFX are broker brands operated by the CySEC-regulated investment firm TopFX Ltd. Besides, the broker scheme also works with an offshore broker that also recruits and registers consumers in the EEA countries. The offshore mutation of TopFX is operated through TopFX Global Limited in Seychelles, which is registered as a securities dealer with the FSA Seychelles. The offshore mutation also offers EEA residents leverage up to 1:500. The scheme is controlled by cTrader founder Andrey Pavlov.

Equinox Markets Limited, registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines in September 2022, allegedly operates the broker scam Equinox Markets. The scam has been active since at least 2020, but has apparently reinvented itself with a new legal entity. The scammers eviently are about to switch to the cTrader broker platform where he is also hosted. The conversion may not be finished yet, then there are still numerous errors. In any case, you should stay far away from this offshore broker.
