This time the scheme is called Assistance-Refund may be connected to the MyChargeBack scheme or abuses their credentials. At least that’s what the analysis of the websites and links shows. The Assistance-Refund website does not provide any information about the operators, which is a black flag. Stay far away and protect your financial and mental health.

Scam victims are usually in a difficult financial and psychological situation due to their financial losses and the associated fraud. Unfortunately, many dubious fund recovery schemes take advantage of this and promise the victims that they will get their money back. In many cases, these fund recovery schemes even work together with scam brokers and exchange data.
Dubious fund recovery schemes are characterized by the fact that their websites provide no information about the operators and no information about the people who are supposed to recover the money. One such scheme is Assistance-Refund. The website also does not provide an email or telephone number for contacting us. The only way to contact the scheme is via an online form. These are all black flags.
From analyzing the websites and links, we assume that Assistance-Refund is either related to the MyChargeBack fund recovery scheme or their credentials are abused. MyChargeBack claims to be an associate member of the American Bankers Association (ABA) and the Australian Finance Industry Association (AFIA) and a member of Financial Services Complaints Ltd , a Financial Ombudsman Service in New Zealand.
Assistance-Refund is currently placing advertisements on Google to attract new victims. We have placed the fund recovery scheme on our black compliance list because of the points mentioned.
