FinTelegram has published reports about N.A. Naspay and the BigWallet payment services providers in the last weeks. In addition, our team has reviewed the crypto scams Crypto Bull, CryptoMB, and Finaxis. In our quick reviews, we pointed out that the three crypto-scams are allegedly operated by David Todva‘s, Milton Group based in Ukraine. This Georgian-born Israeli David Todva is also a director and beneficial owner of N.A. Naspay Limited. Just recently, a whistleblower has leaked comprehensive information on the Milton Group and its people (read FinTelegram report here).
Payment processor Naspay
This N.A. Naspay, registered in Cyprus with the company no HE361562, is involved in the crypto-scams investigated as a payment processor without a corresponding license. In addition, we have also discovered a close personal relationship with the BigWallet Group.
Axios Capital and BigWallet Group
This BigWallet Group (including the brands BigWallet and BigWallet Payments) is operated through Silvergate Technologies Limited, registered in Cyprus, and Silvergate LT, UAB, registered in Lithuania. Both companies are licensed as e-money institutions in Cyprus and Lithuania. The Georgian Rati Tchelidze acts as a manager in all companies. The owner behind the BigWallet Group is Axios Capital Limited, a Cyprus registered company (Source: OpenCorporates).
Axios Capital and EverFX
Rati Tchelidze evidently is the controlling individual of the group of companies. He also registered as a director of Axios Capital. Georgian Oto Shalikashvili is also a manager. The interesting thing about Axios is that it is not only the controlling shareholder FinTech that is behind the Big Wallet Group but also Broker EverFX.
On the Axios Capital and EverFX websites, you can read that EverFX is a sponsor of top Spanish football club FC Sevilla. Similar to Banc de Binary or Investous (F1Markets) and other brokers, EverFX is using sports sponsorships to gain credibility with customers and position the brand.

EverFX – A Copycat of scams
This EverFX, in turn, proved to be a 1:1 copy of the Crypto Bull, CryptoMB and Finaxis crypto-scams in FinTelegram’s tests from a technical and organizational point of view. EverFX has exactly the same processes and also identical design and look-and-feel as these scams of the Milton Group. Even the entry that EverFX would belong to EverFX, Inc, is identical to the representation in the mentioned scams.
In fact, EverFX is operated by ICC INTERCERTUS CAPITAL LIMITED, registered in Cyprus and licensed by CySEC, and by ICC INTERCERTUS CAPITAL (CAYMAN) LIMITED, registered and licensed in the Cayman Islands. The payment processor for card payments is Digital Age Solutions Limited, registered in Cyprus.
It is interesting to note that Axios Capital operates both FinTechs and Brokers. Even more exciting is the obvious proximity between the regulated Broker EverFX and the Crypto Bull, CryptoMB or Finaxis scams from a technical, graphical and organizational point of view. We would like to know more about it.
