The Spanish regulator CNMV has issued a warning against the crypto broker CapitalGates. This is allegedly operated by Online Cloud Ltd, which is said to be registered on the Island of Nevis. However, the offices are said to be in London. This company also operates an online marketing agency with an address on 5th Avenue in New York. Many boiler rooms disguise themselves as marketing agencies. CapitalGates is of course not licensed to offer its crypto financial services. Stay far away.
