Short Trade Tech Narrative
There is actually nothing to tell about Trade Tech, a/k/a Trade Tech Solutions, broker scam. The usual suspects are at work. The offshore company was established in January 2023 by Wilfred Services in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. This agency probably establishes around 80% of all scam operators in this offshore destination.
The crypto-payment facilitator MoonPay is deeply integrated into the scam via APIs. With these two payment processors, potential victims buy cryptocurrencies (USDT) via credit/debit card, and these are automatically transferred to the scammers’ wallets. When the API is called, the wallet addresses are automatically transferred.
MoonPay has already come to our attention many times as scam facilitators over the last few months.
