Introducing CySEC-regulated Alvexo and its offshore onboarding activities!

A few weeks ago, we published our initial review about the offshore broker Alvexo is operated by HSN Capital Group Ltd, regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) Seychelles. It is part of the CySEC-regulated Alvexo operated by VPR Safe Financial Group Ltd. The offshore broker accepts pre-KYC deposits with credit and debit cards, bank transfers, or e-wallets. In our follow-up review on May 2, 2022, we could have easily deposited €50,000 via bank transfer through the Nuvei cashier and optionally received a First Deposit Bonus of 30%.

CySEC-regulated BDSwiss does temporarily not accept new clients!

We have been following the activities of the CySEC-regulated Cypriot Investment Firm (CIF) BDSwiss and have reported extensively on their offshore onboarding. We have been threatened several times by their Compliance and Legal Departments for doing so. In fact, we have perfectly documented the offshore onboarding approach for EU and UK residents at BDSwiss. In our review today, we were advised on the website that secondarily no new brokers can be accepted via the CySEC approved domain. Existing customers are promised a deposit bonus via email.

Offshore Radar! Unauthorized Russian GrandCapital and their brands!

The discovered facts suggest that offshore brokers GrandCapital and GCOption from St. Petersburg in Russia operated through various offshore entities. GrandCapital, which operates illegally without authorization, was accepted as a member of The Financial Commission in 2016. In our initial review, we discovered that the GrandCapital group was also behind the (no longer licensed) Estonian crypto payment processor SerenityPay a/k/a Serenity Financial.

Attention! Offshore broker Lonmarkets aka Londonex is about to launch!

LonMarkets LLC was registered on the company register of the FSA SVG on March 28, 2022. The domain www.lonmarkets.com was registered with GoDaddy on March 14, 2022, and the Facebook page was launched in early March. The Instagram and Twitter links lead to pages that do not yet exist. No registrations are currently available on the website. The unauthorized stocks, forex, CFD, and crypto broker Lonmarkets a/k/a Londonex is apparently in the middle of their launch. Stay far away.

Attention! Unauthorized offshore broker Buxberg launched!

Recently, Buxberg Ltd was registered with the FSA in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. The corporate advisors involved were the infamous Wilfred Services Ltd who have probably set up hundreds of offshore entities in SVG. Most of them for scammers. Buxberg Ltd is the operator of the unauthorized broker Buxberg, which among other things recruits clients in Europe through an affiliate system. After a first review, we are convinced that Buxberg is most likely a scam. Please stay far away and protect your money and data.

Offshore Radar – South African BKFX with interesting roots!

MarketFinancials Ltd, regulated by FSA Seychelles, operated the offshore broker bkfx until 2020. At least that's what the broker's records show. Currently, FSCA-regulated BKFX (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and BKFX LLC registered in St. Vincent & The Grenadines are the operators. BKFX offers leverage of up to 1:2000. In the EU and UK, a maximum of 1:30 is allowed. However, BKFX accepts clients from the EU, UK, and most other jurisdictions where it operates unauthorized and non-compliant.

Offshore Radar! CySEC-controlled Seychelles broker MarketFinancials and its brands!

In Jan 2020, Finance Magnates reported that Growth Capital LLC, part of CySEC-regulated Mount Nico Group Ltd, would be a subsidiary of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines-based broker Invest100. The latter is just one of several offshore brokers facilitated through the FSA Seychelles regulated MarketFinancials Limited. We also found xpprime and bkfx. The latter used to be operated by MarketsFinancial until 2020 but is now operated by South African BKFX (Pty) Ltd and BKFX LLC in SVG.

Agra Markets is a new offshore broker operating through Agra Markets LLC in St. Vincent & The Grenadines. The offshore entity was only incorporated in Nov 2021. On 29 Mar 2022, The Financial Commission (always a good place for unregulated offshore brokers) announced Agra Markets as a new member. The social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn are currently not filled. Agra Markets is at the start. Be super careful with unregulated offshore brokers. You will most likely lose all your money.

The Financial Commission expels unregulated EGMarkets from membership!

The Financial Commission, a private external dispute resolution (EDR) organization for unregulated and regulated online brokers expelled the unregulated Nigerian broker Eagle Global Markets a/k/a EGMarkets from the membership in the organization.
