Fired Octopay director claims it to be a scam
Spread financial intelligence

In the last days, we have reported about the activities of the high-risk Payment processor Octapay. Insiders presented us with information that, on the one hand, qualified Octapay as a scam and, on the other hand, purported that the same beneficial owners controlled it as iPayTotal. Shortly after our Request 4 Information on December 8, 2020, Octapay Europe CEO Christian van Biezen was fired for an impressive misconduct list. He denies allegations and calls Octopay and iPaytotal scams.

The Octapay Europe CEO based in Cyprus was accused of massive misconduct by Octapay Ltd. including sexual harassment of employees and co-workers. We asked Christian van Biezen (LinkedIn profile) for a statement and whether Octapay and/or iPayTotal was indeed a scam. Here is his statement.

They are for sure. Thats why they ‘removed’ me and offered me to become CEO at CY entity. Rebecca Baker is Rutchi Rathor, a fake name she uses per Skype, e-mail and for all contracts being sent out… The ‘investors’ behind iPayTotal are the same people behind OctaPay UK. 100% is owned by Mita, which is also not her real name and this Mita has also several linkedIn profiles… They wanted to USE me and maybe even me to take the ‘fall’ when they decided to run off with the money, however I found out TOO early and now they are ‘buying’ time by talking shit as they are afraid I will tell everyone who they REALLy are… Several contacts of mine have called me and they will be brought to Visa and MasterCard’s attention now and the chance is very likely that Ruchi, living in Surrey, plus others will be investigated very soon…

Octapay owner Madmuhita Singh

In his statement above, Christian van Biezen confirms the accusations already made by the FinTelegram whistleblowers. He names Rebecca Bakker as one of the actors of Octapay UK and asserts that iPayTotal and Octapay have the same beneficial owner. One of them would be Madmuhita Singh (Mita – here on LinkedIn). He would also have already brought the scam to the attention of Visa and MasterCard and expects investigations by the authorities.

We would like to learn more about Octapay and iPayTotal and the people behind those high-risk payment processors. In case you have additional information and/or experience we would be more than happy to receive it.
