Illegal broker BTC-Trends promoted by THE NEWS SPY fraud campaign

The offshore broker BTC-Trends, operated by Cordelino Ltd registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines, does not have a license and is most certainly a scam. The scam is being promoted today via THE NEWS SPY fraud campaign on the SafeInvestmentsNow website. The scam is facilitated by PaynetEasy payment processors for credit and debit card payments. Registration is apparently not currently possible directly through the website. Potential victims have to be referred via one of the fraudulent marketing campaigns that operate as Introducing Brokers.

Investor warning – Lacari Group still active with its broker scams

Recently we have received complaints of victims of the FX-Capitalize broker scam operating with the domain www.fxcapitalize.com by Lacari Group Ltd, St. Vincent & the Grenadines. This offshore entity also operated the FXQuote247 (www.fxquote247.com) scam and operated vanished scams such as proFXCredit (www.profxcredit.com). Currently, no deposits are possible at FX-Capitalize and FXQuote247. The scam seems to be ready to disappear.

FCA warning against scam broker BimFX24 with payment processor BridgerPay

A few days ago, the UK watchdog FCA issued an investor warning against the broker scam BimFX24. This is allegedly operated by a BIM LLC registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Allegedly registered at the notorious Company Builders Wilfred Services address, the facilitating payment processor is once again the Cypriot BridgerPay of Ran Cohen who repeatedly asserted that BridgerPay would not accept scams. And time and again, BridgerPay is exposed as a scam facilitator.

Investor Alert – Broker Scam TolTechFX still active

Italien Consob ordered the blackout of TolTechFX allegedly operated by NewTraders Holdings Ltd, registered in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Another scam company established and managed by Wilfred Services. Hover, the broker scam is still active under the domain www.toltechfx.co. Payment providers integrated are the usual suspects, including PayNetEasy, RealDeposit, MNPPay, and PayCent.

BeforexCapital broker scam share boiler room with ProQuote27

We already now know that scammers change their domains, websites, and legal entities more often than many households change their bed linen. The "Scam-as-a-Service" approach offered by the many white label providers, this is no problem either. The boiler rooms behind them usually remain the same. This is also the case with BeforexCapital which is connected to the ProQuote27 scam.

Austrian FMA warns against LCoin Market scam powered by PumaTS

The Austrian Financial Market Authority FMA has issued an investor warning against the broker scam LCoin Market (www.lcoinmarket.com). This is allegedly operated by Triton Partnership Ltd. on St. Vincent and the Grenadines and uses the white label solution of PumaTS and the Activ8 CySEC regulated Leverate. We have discovered AtomixPay and iPayTotal as the scam facilitating payment processors.

Offshore Challenge – CFTC complaint was served on Wilfred Services.

It is often a challenge for law and regulatory enforcement agencies to identify the scammers and serve the complaint on them. Scammers, like other cybercriminals, like to hide behind offshore companies and trustees. Specialized companies like Wilfred Services Ltd on St. Vincent & the Grenadines facilitate scammers with their services. Most recently, CFTC served Wilfred Services with the PaxForex compliant in its capacity as the operator's Company Secretary.

CFTC complaint against broker PaxForex asking for full restitution and disgorgement

On Sept 24, 2020, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed a complaint against PaxForex (www.paxforex.com), an offshore CFD broker operated by Laino Group Limited which is a company registered on St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Commission alleges that PaxForex is offering services without having the legally required FCM registration. PaxForex is accepting cryptocurrencies as a means of settlement.

FMA warns against CapitalFX broker scam – perpetrators exposed!

The Austrian regulator FMA has issued an investor warning against the scam broker CapitalFX (www.capitalfx.co). This is operated by Aegion Group Ltd on St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The scam is part of the Leverate and PumaTS network and connected to their Activ8 trading servers. It's another scam without any real special features. The payment processor is Paycent. We have exposed the scammers.

Investor Warning: BlueSave broker scam and its payment processors

It appears that the brands belonging to the PumaTS Scam Broker Network are currently very high on the priority list of the financial market regulators across the EU. The FCA issued another investor warning against the PumaTS BlueSave operating under the domain www.bluesave.io. And once again, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines is the scam operator. Cyprus Praxis Pay, Estionan Tinkbit, and Russian 4bill are the facilitating payment processors.
