According to the website, VentureseXchange is operated by PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD, which is registered in the UK and has already attracted attention as the operator of the PixPalPro scam. The Greek Spyridon Loisios is registered in the UK Companies House as the beneficial owner of this entity.
As a payment agent, we discovered the Polish registered entity Dike Shiald at Flutterwave, which apparently processes payments for the scam broker.
