On Nov 16, 2023, we issued a warning against the VentureXchange broker scam, allegedly operated by UK-registered PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD. Today, the UK FCA informed that this entity has no association with the UK-registered PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD and is falsely claiming the name and registered number of the genuine UK registered company. Various regulators have already warned against this broker scam scheme.

Short VentureseXchange Narrative
According to the website, VentureXchange is operated by PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD, which is registered in the UK and has already attracted attention as the operator of the PixPalPro scam. The Greek Spyridon Loisios is registered in the UK Companies House as the beneficial owner of this entity. On Nov 27, 2023, the UK FCA warned that this broker scam is abusing the company credentials of the UK-registered entity.
As a payment agent, we discovered the Polish registered entity Dike Shiald at Flutterwave, which apparently processes payments for the scam broker.
