Victims of scams and cybercrime are repeatedly contacted via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or social media by fund recovery experts who promise to retrieve the lost funds. However, for this purpose, a deposit must be paid first. 95% of these fund recovery schemes are scams. The UK regulator FCA has today issued a warning against Limburg Law, based in Zurich, Switzerland, which is allegedly run by Swiss lawyer Andreas Limburg. Thus, we advise being very cautious with this scheme.

However, we are not in a position to judge whether Andreas Limburg is one of the capable lawyers but the warning of the FCA makes us advise high caution.

The LimburgLaw.com Trustpilot profile associated with the website also shows a 4.5-star rating with an “Excellent” trust level. However, most of the reviews by first- and one-time reviewers have been written only in the last few weeks although Limburg Law has been around since 2009. The reviews should therefore be viewed with caution.
