Currently, the online gambling and casino site Rich King a/k/a Rich King Casino acquires customers in Germany and other countries in the EEA region. The website does not list any legal entity as its operator and does not have any license in Germany or any other EEA country that we know of. The activities of Rich King, therefore, qualify as illegal. We have discovered PayOp, PayDo, CoinsPaid, and PunRun Limited as payment facilitators. They are integrated into the Praxis payment gateway.

Update On High-Risk Payment Processor SumoPay!

In early August 2022, we issued a whistleblower request regarding the high-risk payment processor SumoPay founded by the US citizen Kevin Ring. After our initial request, the website with the domain www.sumopay.io vanished. Still online is www.sumopay.org. The payment processor specializes in (illegal) online gambling sites in Asia and processes their payments for fake merchants. Whistleblower exposed Futures Inc. (https://futures-inc.co.jp) as one of these fake merchants. We would like to know more.

Whistleblower Request: Lithuanian Crypto Exchange Hypeycto Allegedly Facilitates Illegal Gambling!

The Lithuanian crypto exchange Hypeycto UAB with offices in Lithuania and Azerbaijan, is allegedly facilitating illegal online gambling businesses in Japan such as market leader Vera John and Casino Secret. The crypto payment processor developed an international web of merchants disguised as technology and creative services companies. Illegal gambling proceeds are received by the Hypeycto merchants and laundered via the company's crypto exchange. We would like to learn more.

According to the Malta Business Registry, the Maltese Lawyer David Meli is the company director.
