IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE ENVION LIQUIDATION!

The Swiss authorities are working quickly and with the usual Swiss precision on the liquidation of ENVION AG. So, on 7 December 2018 the Cantonal Court of Zug made the following important announcements for the Envion liquidation process:

ENVION IN LIQUIDATION

The first announcement is a mere formality. ENVION AG is renamed to ENVION AG in Liquidation for legal purposes. Thus, the beginning of the end of ENVION AG is also reflected in the company’s name:

DEBTOR NOTIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR RETURN OF ASSETS

According to the second announcement, starting as of today, ENVION AG´s debtors have to transfer their money to the liquidator of the company. Also, all assets of ENVION AG are to be surrendered to the court. This request is likely addressed primarily to TRADO GmbH: All retained funds are to be returned to the liquidator. Hopefully, TRADO GmbH complies with this request without any delay.
