The U.S. SEC has punished celebrities several times in recent years for promoting financial products. For example, reality TV star Kim Kardashian paid a $1.26 million fine for promoting a token on Instagram. But what should we do with a professional actor like John San Nicolas, who appears in ads for scams in exchange for payment? For example, he plays the CEO of Tesler Investments in a notorious crypto fraud campaign, which caught tens of thousands of victims for scams.

FinTelegram issued a warning on May 19, 2022, against the Investirex broker scam that hunts for victims with fraudulent marketing campaigns such as Tesler. Just a few hours later, German regulator BaFin announced an investigation into Investirex and offshore operator Castan Holdings Ltd. Probably BaFin has already investigated this broker scam parallel to us and did not become aware of it only after our warning. But who knows. BaFin suspects that unauthorized banking transactions or financial services are being offered in Germany via the platform.

This morning we received an email from [email protected]. The website to this domain is a fake financial news site where the last articles were published in July 2021. The email announced to us a payment of several thousand euros which we could claim immediately. The link sent then leads to the Tesler scam campaign which we have already reported on several times. Anyone who registers there is subsequently redirected to the broker scam Investirex. Stay very far away.

We have already warned many times about the Tesler fraud campaign. In July 2021, the UK FCA issued a warning against the Tesler campaign which runs on a myriad of other websites with a wide variety of domains. The Tesler campaign features a video in which Steven Abrahams (pictured left), the fake CEO of Tesler Investments. He claims that Tesler is an automated trading software that never stops learning from its historical trades to improve results. Today, this fraud campaign attacks via https://project-tes.com. Stay far away!

In July 2021, FinTelegram issued a warning against Argon Holdings Ltd, which operates the two broker scams 356CapitalMarkets and 365CapitalFX facilitated by PaymentsPro. Argon Holdings has used fraudulent marketing campaigns like Oil Profit to hunt victims for its scams. Back in October 2020, the Belgian regulator FSMA issued a warning against 365CapitalMarkets. Now the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) followed with a warning against 365CapitalFX and its co-operator Sand Ltd. The scam is already about to vanish.

An email leads us via referral hub Ristifig (www.ristifig.com) to the fraudulent Tesler campaign running on the https://gstxzoghjn.xyz/tesler-3/ website. Anyone who registers there is also automatically created as a potential victim of the broker scam Octa.Trade and taken to its payment page. There, one is informed to contact the account manager to make deposits via credit or debit card. Octa.Trade is a very poorly and sloppily made white-label scam that should be easily recognizable.

It is about time for regulators to take stronger action against fraudulent marketing campaigns like Tesler, Bitcoin Prime, and myriads of others. These fraudulent campaigns are constantly acquiring new victims for the hundreds of active scams and collecting commissions for it as a so-called Introducing Broker. These fraudulent campaigns are created and operated by digital marketing agencies. 8 out of 10 of these campaigns, like Tesler, come from the workshop of Israeli agencies. The UK FCA issued a warning against Tesler.

Today, the OILPROFIT fraud campaign runs on the website https://spqraiuvwk.xyz/oilprofit and promotes the 500pips (www.500pips.net) broker scam. We received an email the redirected us to the Oil Profit campaign via the referral hub Ristifg (https://ristifg.com/aussicht), which alternately redirects to the OILPROFIT and Tesler fraud campaigns. The 500pips scam is operated by Pepper Group LLC, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. We have discovered Praxis Cashier as the payment processor. Once again.

We don't check all incoming emails that promise us quick wealth, but most of them. For example, an email promising us new products will earn us a lot of money easily and quickly. The link takes us through the referral hub www.irmasip.com, a site offering online cooking courses, to the Tesler fraud campaign on the unspeakable website Wapyhdkt (https://wapyhqkt.xyz/tesler-3). We register, and this also automatically registers us as a victim with the broker scam QuantumCapitals (www.quantum-capitals.com) and takes us to its cashier page.

We receive dozens of fraudulent emails every day through our various email addresses, leading us to scam campaigns and scams via false promises. The good news here is that we no longer have to search for scams, but the scams find their way to us. They are practically asking us to issue a warning against them. For example, today, an email led us (once again) to the fraudulent TESLER campaign (www.gmxzxwbp.xyz/tesler-3), and from there, we came to the Invexeo broker scam (www.invexeo.com) after registering. As the facilitating payment processor, we found once again PayNetEasy and Pay Credits.

Today, at least for UK clients, we have discovered two new fraudulent campaigns designed to trap clients into broker scams. Both campaigns promise quick riches. One campaign is titled OILPROFIT, and the other TESLER. Both are presented on the Agree Offer website (www.agreeoffer.com) and redirect registered victims directly to the payment page of the QuantumCapitals broker scam (www.quantum-capitals.com).
