Some clones of regulated financial service providers are currently active and chase naive victims. These clones are imposters and use the logos, brands, and credentials of the regulated companies and work with similar domains. Our whistleblowers recently noticed this with ATFX and CharlGate and informed us. This valued information enabled us to issue an investor warning against the CharlGate clone. Most recently, the FMA followed suit and warned against CharlGate. Be cautious and stay far away!

Charlgate Ltd d/b/a FXVIEW is regulated in Cyprus by CySEC with license number 367/18 and operates with the approved domain ww.fxview.com. The clone operates the website with the domain www.charlgate.net/eu. Based on the information provided to us by whistleblowers, we have a suspicion that the same scammers are also running the clone of FCA– and CySEC-regulated ATFX with the domains www.ATFXGlobal.info and www.ATFXGlobal.site.
AT Global Markets (UK) Ltd d/b/a ATFX, regulated by the FCA with reference number 760555, has been cloned many times. In the FCA register, you can find a record of the clones discovered so far.
