Investor warning against Finexo Markets and Finexo

BaFin investigates Finexo Markets
Spread financial intelligence

German regulator BaFin has announced an investigation into the Finexo Markets (www.finexomarkets.com) broker scam. The boiler room agents behind the scam claim to have a branch office in Frankfurt. Until a few months ago, the operator listed was Finexo Holdings Ltd, registered in the UK. The scam attacks victims in English, Italian, Spanish, German, and Russian. The Finexo (www.finexo.io) scam is also still active and attacks European consumers. Don’t fall for these fraud schemes.

Finexo Holdings Ltd was registered at UK Companies House with Company Number 12285296 in October 2019. The company’s listed director and the controlling person is Jennifer Danielle Mawdsley, born November 1983. The company was deleted via compulsory strike-off in July 2021.

The website says STRAT Ltd, registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, allegedly runs the Finexo scam. It doesn’t look as if the same scammers operate Finexo and Finexo Markets.

There are numerous warnings against Finexo Markets and Finexo. German lawyers and consumer advocates, in particular, have warned against these broker scams. Stay far away from both scams and save yourself losses, frustration, and the theft of your data.
